The staff is magnificent; the...

Liked: I enjoyed being on the first floor and I think the king suites are just GREAT! Extra coffee was available and that is also a plus.
Disliked: The only working ice machine was on the fourth floor. At least it was near the elevator. One of the side entrance doors did not work with the electronic key - which is required.

Best of the choices in...

Liked: Quiet, close to where my wife was having a medical procedure.
Disliked: My wife didn’t like the bed and we were supposed to get a handicap room. The hotel was full due to Beryl hurricane aftermath.
