The room; continental breakfast and staff were all nice and proper as you would expect from this style of hotel. The pool's dirtiness was the most disappointing part. Main reason I booked this hotel.

Liked: The cleanliness of the room.
Disliked: Indoor pool was dirty. Insects and other items were floating around the pool. The pool also had a sliminess to it on the walls and bottom, such as it hasn't been properly maintained.

I am still waiting for a refund since they double charged me then instructed me to call to make a complaint and request a virtual credit card. The manager of hotel hasn't returned my calls regarding the matter.

When we left the first thing my husband and I said was we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everyone was great!

Liked: Didnt' eat there. Facilities need upgrade. For a Hilton, the wear and tear is showing big time. Not a great experience.
Disliked: Looks worn down. Furniture, carpet etc. is not looking good.

Disliked: Pool was out of service. Staff were smoking very close to the entrance so that you had no choice but to walk through second hand smoke as you entered.
