The room; continental breakfast and staff were all nice and proper as you would expect from this style of hotel. The pool's dirtiness was the most disappointing part. Main reason I booked this hotel.

Liked: The cleanliness of the room.
Disliked: Indoor pool was dirty. Insects and other items were floating around the pool. The pool also had a sliminess to it on the walls and bottom, such as it hasn't been properly maintained.

I am still waiting for a refund since they double charged me then instructed me to call to make a complaint and request a virtual credit card. The manager of hotel hasn't returned my calls regarding the matter.

When we left the first thing my husband and I said was we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everyone was great!

Disliked: What I didn't like was that the bathroom products were empty. And I also didn't like that the sheet inside the bed had like old blood as if the clorox or the soap they use hadn't cleaned it well or maybe it wasn't changed. I'm housekeeping, I thow it, that's not unhygienic or safe.

Disliked: The cleanliness of the room. The mirror and television looked like they were wiped down with a dirty rag. There was hair in the corner of the bathroom and some crumbs by my bed. The drain in the bathtub was draining very slowly while showering and if there was a fan in the bathroom, it wasn't working. I also called down to the desk because there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner from which the hotel provides. After seeing all these little things, i decided to look at my mattress. There was a stain of some sort on it.

Disliked: The room didn't smell quite as fresh as we would have liked. Breakfast was free, but no real variety, nor did it taste good. But overall the stay was okay! No major complaints!
