Disliked: Holes around pipes in shower. Drunk guests yelling outside. Music vibrating thru floor. Asked for call from Manager and never received.

Liked: Breakfast was great and the hotel is located close to downtown and Target.
Disliked: The pillow comfort wasn't the best.

Conveniently located, good breakfast but...

Liked: Convenient location near the train station. Good breakfast. Spacious rooms. Appreciate the free parking. Shower water pressure was great.
Disliked: It looked clean but found pet hairs on the fitted sheet. Looks like it was renovated but it was very poorly constructed. Bathroom and shower faucets were loose and the towel rack was hanging by a thread. Windows are old and drafty. Rooms are too sterile and not cozy. Night time receptionist was very rude. I was disappointed since I have always had good experiences with Hampton Inn at other locations.
