Noise everywhere, all the time

Disliked: The setting is a Desaster. Windows cannot be opened. Noise practically around the clock. The ventilation system shuts down at 3:38 am in the middle of the night. Before that you cannot sleep. Otherwise the refrigerator makes noise, if the tourniquet starting the engine at 6 am until 7:30… never again in this place

Liked: Did not have to drive the whole time we were there. Springdale shuttle took us everywhere! Hotel is surrounded by towering majestic mountain peaks!!!

Liked: This property was exceptionally located close to Zion National Park, there was shuttle stop right outside the hotel. So many things in walking distance as far as restaurants and ebike rentals. The hotel staff was some of the friendliest people I have ever encountered on any stay. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delcisious, fresh and fully stocked. They even provided snacks like apples, and granola bars for hiking as well as fresh cookies every afternoon. The coffee bar was open, hot, ready and fresh all hours as well which was super nice. Pool and hottub were clean and relaxing after a long day of hiking. I would stay at this same hotel again if I ever go back!
