Disliked: Beds were too soft for my liking. Room furnishings were a bit dated for my liking. Very loud in our room from people in room above - sound of them walking echoed in our room. View of the back of the HVAC system was not what we expected and no alternate rooms were available according to staff even though hotel seemed only half full.

Disappointing

Liked: Good location close to Zion National Park. Nice breakfast included.
Disliked: We were assigned a room next to an electrical cabinet. Every five minutes a grinding noise could be heard through the wall of our room directly behind the bed head. This noise went on for 30 seconds at a time all night. We had arrived at 7pm after a difficult day of travel in which we had been delayed for a long time when a highway was closed in both directions by a fatal head on accident. We just wanted to sleep and so as we were only staying one night, we put up with the noise. The hotel was not full as it was winter and so I don't see why this room was used at all. In fact, it is a room for a person with a physical disability and I think it is insulting that someone with a disability should be given such a sub-standard room. I think the hotel manager should spend a night trying to sleep in this room (number 108), and then perhaps they might rethink it being used at all.
