Liked: We were extremely pleased with everything @ the Hampton Inn Spokane Valley Hotel. The front desk employees were very helpful & friendly. We were pleased with the breakfast & coffee station. Our room was very clean & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay & will look forward to coming back.

Liked: We were told upon check in that the pool and hot tub were under construction. That was the whole purpose of our stay, so we cancelled. They still charged us for 2 nights and won’t refund. We’ll never stay there, nor will my family and friends.

Liked: Breakfast was great and had a good selection of options! I was impressed by the two flavors if waffles and that Valentines was tge theme! Very creative!
Disliked: We could not participate in a lot of it due to being gluten free

Relaxing, comfortable and Great Location.

Liked: This is where we choose to stay when we are in town visiting family. We have always been happy with the rooms which are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great and the staff are cheerful and helpful.
Disliked: We have had no complaints with this property and will continue to book here when in Spokane Valley.
