Excellent stay all the way around. The staff was great from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Room was great, very clean. The breakfast choices were excellent.

Liked: We had a sofa bed in our room for the 3rd person in our party. The bed was not made up ready, plus the staff had to bring up the sheets, which weren’t even in the room and she didn’t bring any duvet cover for the bed. When I requested one, she said they didn’t have any, they are all at the cleaners. This is a large hotel group and hotel. I had to beg her to go look for a blanket or duvet from another room, as we were not prepared to sleep without any bed covers, especially as we had paid for a bed and room. Quite an extraordinary response. She literally thought it was ok to give us nothing. Eventually she found us a blanket . Appalling .
