Gauging for the storm.

Liked: Was a good experience.
Disliked: I was at the front desk for 15 minutes before someone came to check me in. I was behind the counter trying figure out how to check myself in. The prices ofnthe rooms due to the snow storm seemed excessive.

Liked: The front desk receptionist presented us with a smile and pleasant demeanor and was also very helpful. I believe her name was Netajah.
Disliked: I could not enter the side door with my key card. It requested a mobile key to open the door. I had left my phone in the room.

Disliked: My daughter has bed bugs. Went to doc this morning and is infested. Don't recommend this hotel. Management will not return my calls..It has been reported to health and human services.

Liked: Everything.Smithfield is a quiet small with basic fast food and grocery stores within walking distance of the hotel.Sussex is less than 10 minutes away where all of your nice restaurants are.My double queen room was as big as a small studio apartment.Will always stay here whenever I have to come back to Smithfield.

Great hotel overall! Would stay...

Liked: The hot breakfast was amazing and the staff were so friendly, overall it was a beautiful hotel!
Disliked: The pool was closed most of our stay which is a big reason we booked this hotel, my 2 year old was not happy at all… very disappointed about that and the bathrooms are not very clean as there was a lot of hair/pubic hair all around the tub and floor
