Disliked: It’s was ants and spiders the sofa bed was full of of ants our clothes had ants I had to share bed I asked for handicap rooms with walk in shower I would like to be refunded the property said they would refund but it would go to booking.com your company

Disliked: I was at the front desk for 15 minutes before someone came to check me in. I was behind the counter trying figure out how to check myself in. The prices ofnthe rooms due to the snow storm seemed excessive.

Liked: The front desk receptionist presented us with a smile and pleasant demeanor and was also very helpful. I believe her name was Netajah.
Disliked: I could not enter the side door with my key card. It requested a mobile key to open the door. I had left my phone in the room.
