A great spot for an...

Liked: A very nice place in an excellent location close to highway and shopping/restaurants. The new Sound Transit line is being completed next door which will make this even better. The adjacent highway noise was not a factor due to good soundproofing. Very nice breakfast to boot!
Disliked: There were a few maintenance issues with our room but the hotel staff seemed intent on fixing them.

Liked: You guys stole my wife's bra and working scrubs. I called the next day about them was told I would get a call back nothing . They were hung up closet on a hanger . I also called three days after was told again i will get a call back nothing aging called again 5 days after same thing come on the working scrubs and bra are not cheap ones 150$ in value. U have cameras figure it out u know who stole them and not calling be back each time . Trying to save an employee whole stole is great values great job

Liked: Location is lovely, size of beds, bathroom is large and comfortable.
Disliked: Noisy, breakfast (paper plates, plastic cutlery), unable to control thermostat, was so warm I was unable to sleep at all.

Liked: Breakfast was good.Beds were comfortable. Great location for us.Parking was included.
Disliked: TV remote didn't work and front desk had no solution. Pull out bed wasn't set up or made and no pillows were given even though indicated at reservation we would be using it.

Liked: Location convenient to south Seattle, Tacoma and Mount Rainier. Close to shopping and restaurants. Good breakfast. Staff were helpful in finding an alternate room after I complained about road noise in the first.
Disliked: Overlooks the I5 freeway. Ask for an even-numbered room - the odd numbered suffer from continual, bothersome traffic noise. Rooms, furnishings and bathroom are worn and dated.

Exceptional

Liked: Comfortable beds, good breakfast.
Disliked: Cleanliness, lack of knowledge from the staff, location is pretty sketchy.
