Perfect location to downtown area, Convention Center, and Visitor Center. The bed was very comfortable; A/C worked great; hotel lobby cookies were a great snack. The snack bar prices were priced well. Overall I would stay there again.

Liked: Staff was excellent and very helpful. Fitness center was great and was needed after eating all that excellent southern cooking.
Disliked: None to report.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Savannah! It was beautiful, hotel staff was very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the concert at the Civic Center, which was right across the street!! We will be back!!

Disliked: Showed up to check in and got charged almost an extra $200. The desk person couldn't give me an explanation other than it was for incidentals. I asked dont they usual keep a card on file in case of damages instead of charging at check in? They couldnt give me an answer. The price of the rooms was already high and I got charged even more. Almost no parking at the hotel. You have to go almost 2 blocks down the road to a parking deck. The main entrance was blocked off and inoperable. The hotel is right next to abandoned buildings. You would be better off sleeping on the floor, but the carpet is gross so we slept on the terrible mattress. Everything was just outdated and dingy. I Will never stay at Hampton Inn again.

Liked: The staff was so very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel was great to be able to walk and catch the trolleys very easily. Hotel was quite comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: I parked in Hilton Honors but the parking for other people is pretty far away .
