Overall it was good

Liked: The rooms were spacious enough for two people. The bed and bathroom were clean.
Disliked: The breakfast could of had more selection and not run of oh items by 9:30 if breakfast ended at 10am.The check-in was terrible, the receptionist kept going from one computer to another because the system was down and only one person at the front desk.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was nice check in was quick
Disliked: As soon as I walked in and up the elevator I could smell weed, the room was ok, it had a smell to it. The desk chair was broken, I sat on the bed for a few minutes to check my emails and felt something bite me. I said heck no grab my stuff and went to another hotel down the street.

Disliked: Many things.. plumbing problems in bathroom which my had to go retrieve a plunger and correct issue… side door of entrance never worked wth key provided whn we let front desk know they proceeded to tell us thts was a ongoing problem jst not to use it and enter through the front door… room smelled of mildew.. we were there for my mothers memorial service the following day..its unfortunate tht this is the way your hotel functions!

Liked: So I've always stayed at the Best Western Arrowhead in Colton,not to be mean but your facility made theirs look and feel like a third rate hotel,the food was amazing,finally potatoes that were cooked all the way through with flavor!! Hat's off to the cook! U guys just landed a lifetime customer!
Disliked: Couldn't think of one thing!
