False advertisement about making sure...

Disliked: There was a dog barking for hours. We called and complained and we ended up getting moved because they couldn’t get a hold of the dogs owner. Also dog hair in the room. Hampton Inn states they would guarantee our satisfaction, Karina the manager didn’t do much to satisfy us.

Comfortable, wonderful and enjoyable

Liked: Gustavo checked us in and was very kind and welcoming. He made sure we were happy and satisfied with our stay. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a great variety. I really love how complimentary coffee, tea and hot cocoa is always available in the lobby. Location was convenient. Facility was very clean and quiet. Many thanks to Gustavo for being so kind and friendly and the rest of the staff including the young woman who checked us out for making our stay wonderful, welcoming and comfortable. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Liked: I like the atmosphere of the Hampton it’s always a primary choice to stay in.
Disliked: Couldn’t check in on time cause they said staff was behind it’s not there fault but the accommodated me.
