It was okay.

Disliked: The staff was unfriendly and the night shift had an attitude towards us. We are polite people. The pool area for two days straight you could tell us not clean. I know because there was a bandage and two huge hair clots unmoved. I disposed them because it was gross. The front desk said thank you for letting us know, but never cleaned up.

Disappointing

Liked: The location and comfort of the bed.
Disliked: The main thing was the huge amount of the deposit of 400.00 for incidents that's not noted in the booking process and the rudeness of the check-in staff. The satellite TV sucked. It was noisy

Liked: The staff were professional and location is convenient to restaurants.
Disliked: I booked three rooms. I requested for connecting rooms, which they were unable to accommodate. All the rooms were supposed to be king with sofa, and one was not. One room was on the other side from the two rooms. I am unsure why if three rooms are booked together, you would not have them near each other. I requested to be charged upon arrival and two of the rooms were charged before I even arrived. Each room was charged separately which was odd. The front desk indicated it was a Booking.com issue. Additionally, I had to move to another room because the shower head was broken. The shower head was spraying water on the ceiling. I was told that maintenance is not available until the morning. I informed the front desk staff that I had a funeral in the morning and that is not feasible, which led to being moved to two queen beds room. You have to request for housekeeping services, but was not told that. I had to go to the front desk to request for extra towels. Overall, not a great experience during time of bereavement and mourning.
