Ok for a one night...

Liked: Room very clean and comfortable
Disliked: They had a bad water leak in the ceiling of the lobby area and it caused ripples in the carpet in the hallway of rooms

Convenient location

Liked: Good location and quiet. Nicely decorated
Disliked: Attention to detail lacking since the curtains were not properly hung so they looked like they were falling off the rod. Had to wait for awhile for the front desk clerk to show up at the counter

Liked: It was convenient to where we needed to be. It was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was much better than most.
Disliked: Our room door squeaked. I am sure it was annoying to other guests around us.

Disliked: Carpet was very worn on the 4th floor. Challenging to use the luggage cart
