Disappointing

Liked: Room was clean. Convenient location to the event we had the next day.
Disliked: The AC unit was not maintained and made an awful noise all night. When mentioned it to the stuff in the morning, didn't even get an apology and was told that's the way they all are.

Easy to get to, everyone...

Liked: Lobby and rooms were clean
Disliked: Accused of making noise when was not even in my room by phone call from front desk. Gentleman barely spoke English and was so rude. Outside garbage was overflowingNo towels in swimming pool areaPool was coldInformed at check in you had to pay for parking in hotel lot..this was not downtown or where there was limited parking
