It’s our second time to...

Liked: Location and the value of the hotel was worth the price.
Disliked: Breakfast hours should be extended

Very clean and outstanding service...

Liked: The front desk crew was very nice and loved how clean our room was
Disliked: Well, only thing I could think of was to have bananas for breakfast

For the price I expected...

Liked: The employees were kind and empathetic and the breakfast was good. The location was also great for us.
Disliked: The plumbing was terrible — the toilet often didn’t flush. You had to be sure the handle was held down for the duration. We often went downstairs or while we were out to avoid using it. The shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold w/o warning. The sink would clog if the other one was running. And the handle to the bathroom was falling off, the wallpaper was peeling, and over all feel was that it was old and rundown. I had asked for a mini fridge and couldn’t get one. I’ve never had to ask a Hampton Inn in the past.

Disliked: Very outdated, no fridge, 15 year old tv. phones have no buttons visible, the carpet dirty, No food on site other than breakfast, no bar
