Disliked: Small rooms, Musty smell, parking is ridiculous especially is the winter months burrr. Or if you have difficulty walking. There is no spa in the hotel even though booking shows one in the pictures, and I guess it’s been gone for five plus years. This hotel is just on its way out. Much better hotels right near it for comparable cost. Staff was lovely and did the best they could with what they are working with.

no hot water

Liked: Clean and helpful staff
Disliked: We had no heat or hot water the first night, TV didn't work. 2nd night we changed rooms. Heat and TV worked, however, no hot water. Their boiler broke-fixed, then broke again. 3rd night- still no hot water. We took cool showers. The worst stay we've had in our life. We would like compensation, please.
