Bad and not sanitary! Wish...

Liked: The location and proximity to our destination and restaurants was good.
Disliked: We were given rooms that had not been cleaned. It was very late and we had been traveling all day. They moved one of the rooms for no charge but we waited 2 days for the other room to get clean. Nasty dirty towels on the bathroom floor that I finally had to move to the hall since they still did not come and clean. The night of check in rather than immediately give us rooms that were clean staff had me wait at the front desk while she went to take pictures of the room that had not been cleaned. Will never stay here again. Also parking needs to be advertised as off site and several blocks from the hotel with an additional charge.

Disappointing

Liked: I think the room was incredibly small for what I paid for. Parking was a pain and unideal. I waited approximately 15 minutes to check in with two people working the front desk, not one of them could even acknowledge that I was waiting (they were busy chatting with each other and the people in front of me) overall a disappointing experience. I would stay elsewhere in the future.
Disliked: Service.

Liked: The staff was amazing above and beyond for us knowing we wrecked our car in the process of moving cross country

Disliked: Staff didn't inform us that parking card was supposed to be returned after our stay while checking in , I look at my bank account and got charged for something when I called they said the card was supposed to be returned , they never once mentioned it while checking in and said that it was very understandable, my thought it was like the room keys that deactivate after you check out and the lady who I talked to said it was a simple task and whoever checked me in should've said something another lady I had talked to was very rude about the whole situation and I simply did not know
