Liked: The coffe maker in the room was left with old coffee inside. it only had 2 decaff pouchs and no regular coffee. There were urine spots on the bathroom floor that had obviously not been cleaned.
Disliked: The desk staff both comming and going were very good. But getting information from whoever answers the fone was not what we would have liked. We wanted to make arrangements to check in a little earlier as we attended a wedding that started at 4. My wife wanted to wear regular clothes and change into appropriate dress before goine to the wedding. we were to ld that that could not be done in advance and we would have to call the hotel the day we were comming in. Hard for me to believe that with the amount of rooms someone could have handled that for us. If we had not booked with a non refundable payment we would have cancelled the reservation. But we will not stay with you in on our future trips.

Disliked: The TV did not work right and hard to find channels to watch or had to reboot and unplug to have it come on. The refrigerator was very noisy all the time making noises. Breakfast out of food and not many choices or food not the best for hot food

Liked: First room was not cleaned well. Hair on bathroom floor upon arrival. General Manager canceled our reservation had to take initial room (with hair on floor) for first night which took night Manager nearly 30 minutes, and a call to General Manager to arrange. After finally getting our room for next three nights, we were shocked to learn that room service doesn't happen each day unless requested.
