Disliked: Unattentive, poor staff. Uncomfortable bed and room. Crappy breakfast. Weird turkey patties overcooked eggs undercooked potatoes. No table and chairs in room. 1 chair for 2 people. Front desk unmanned for long periods of time. Rude and unresponsive. Second stay. Won't be a third.

Liked: The staff was welcoming, friendly and gave great advice on places close to eat at. I was only there basically overnight to pick up my son from the Army base for Christmas but my stay was so good that I wish I had more time.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like were the prices on the snacks but then again snacks are kinda expensive everywhere now.

Liked: The size of the suite we stayed in was good. The buffet breakfast was good as well.
Disliked: There were not enough outlets near the bed in the bedroom. There was a lamp and clock radio on one side of the bed that could not be plugged in. The room seemed a bit dingy and older. There were some spots on the walls.
