Don't stay here.

Disliked: Neither the toilet nor the telephone worked in the first room. I called from my cell phone and no one answered. So I had to go down to the lobby to request a new room. The new room was not completely made up, and smelled like smoke. There was no hot water for the shower on the second day. The blow dryer didn't work. I reported all of this and they didn't seem to care.

Disappointing visit.

Liked: I love the location of the hotel, and the staff has great hospitality. The room was clean and check in was seamless.
Disliked: The elevator was scary going up to the 3rd floor. I killed two roaches in the bathroom which is very uncommon for this hotel. My reservation was made through booking.com, but the room I selected was not available for me and I was not told about it until the day of my travel. I’ve never had this issue before and as a Hilton Honors member, I never expect to experience not getting my desired room.

Liked: Location was good-Felt safe and the staff was top notch. However the room needs a deep clean. The corners on the bathroom floor were dirty and the room was super dusty and the fan and AC covered in dirt.
Disliked: Floors need deep cleaning.
