Good location and clean but...

Liked: Good location. 10 mins from downtown Napa and close to lots of Wineries and restaurants.
Disliked: The staff were not particularly friendly. The breakfast was very poor, at 8.20am they had ran out of food and when the staff were asked for more the response was “I’m closing up in 20 minutes”. She then did not bring any more food out, despite the amount of guests.

Liked: The breakfast was not good at all. The oatmeal was dry and cold, the fruit was bad. Coffee is not hot enough. Main dish only has two items egg and potato.
Disliked: This hotel do not provide any bottle water at all. Last Saturday and Sunday was hot and dry, so we would like to have bottle water in the room. When I askedFront desk, the front desk lady told me to buy it From their front shelf, it is about $5 a bottle. In bath room, they do not have soap on the Bathroom sink, it has an empty soap box in there. When I need an extra comforter, I wait for one hour and need to call many times to get it, the service is bad. They also charge my credit card extra $75 more than Booking.com price. When I checked out this morning, They said it will take a week to credit back to me, so I need to check my credit card every day. It is not free parking. I paid two nights over $888.
