From front desk to valet parking, wait staff were excellent; will stay there in future visits.

Convenient location with many bars and restaurants close by. Three blocks from the River Walk and baseball field. MPAC is across the street. Clean room and a comfrotable bed.

Liked: Friendly staff; clean.
Disliked: Limited parking.

Disliked: Limited space for unloading luggage.

The hotel needs significant mattress...

Liked: Location is excellent. Breakfast was excellent okay.
Disliked: No cold water either in shower or sink. Bed and couch mattresses were poor.

Liked: Very nice lobby and breakfast area Close to the convention center.
Disliked: Friday night was awful. The street noise lasted late into the night. Only sound sleepers need to stay there.

Really great nothwithstanding the above.

Liked: Comfortable bed. Ok breakfast. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Hotel was shabby. Broken furniture. Very poor lighting in room. Water temperature lukewarm. Mould in bathroom. Piped music in hallway could be heard in room all night. Bedroom walls dirty . Really poor experience! Curtains in reception were filthy. Do not recommend.

Liked: We only had hot water, so we couldn't shower. We just had to wipe down. The toilet water was even hot. You could feel the steam when you sat . Parking options were scarce. Valet was expensive. No refrigerator. These were a lot of problems for a room that cost as much as it was.

Liked: The staff was incredibly kind and made my stay enjoyable, despite problems I had with the room and cost.
Disliked: I couldn't believe the shoddiness of the room given how much I had to pay. I realize I was paying for proximity to downtown, but it was NOT worth the cost. The shower rod was broken and hung at an angle from the wall so the curtain wouldn't stay shut. The lotion bottle attached to the wall was empty and the floor in front of the sink was greasy; I kept slipping. The electrical fixtures by the bed and desk were both loose so my phone wouldn't charge. The AC wouldn't turn on and the fan was noisy but unproductive.
