It was like staying in...
Liked: The staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: My toilet didn’t work ,the vent in my bathroom didn’t work, and the sink in my kitchenette had become completely detached from the countertop. I was careful to run water in it as it would simply just fill up the cabinetry. The paint was peeling and the door in the shower was a little tough to move. Just a lack of maintenance was obvious. I stayed in room 303 if you want to check

Clerk with an attitude
Liked: If I have to pick. I'd say location.
Disliked: The fact reservation was made 2 months in advance for check-in at 3:00 and the room wasn't ready until 4:30 and still had to pay full price on top of have to deal with asshole at the front desk on a power trip! The patron checking in before us had to deal with the same crap! This was NOT what I was expecting from such an established company.
