Liked: Fairly new. Clean. Thermostat on the wall. Very modern. Great location for the 3M Arena and football stadium. Easy access.
Disliked: Parking was a bit expensive.

We were very impressed with the Hampton Inn. Very nice and classy hotel and it was a short walk to the concert we attended at Surly Brewing Co. We will definitely stay again!

Disliked: Parking was $25 so the price we actually paid to stay there was a lot higher than expected. That should be included in the room rate like most hotels.

Liked: The cleanliness and welcoming staff.
Disliked: We were there for a medical appointment and were instructed not to be late. Being late would mean we did not get our space. Phone charger was broken so I requested two wake up calls one at 6:15 and one at 6:20, to insure waking. We never received a call. Thankfully we woke on our own. Very perturbed. Staff apologized but it didn’t feel like enough.

Liked: The room smelled so clean when we walked in which was a nice feeling. Our 1st floor room had the tallest ceilings I've ever seen in a hotel. They really helped and catered to patients at the U of MN. Parking garage after snow was big bonus
Disliked: Parking lots. And when we first got there it was confusing where to go in for check in

Disliked: if you book with a online site for a cheaper price you charge a $25 parking fee.the room we had the tv was beside the bed and not at the end of the bed.
