Very nice hotel. The cost ended up being more than anticipated, but overall, a good trip.

Liked: Good location; friendly staff and nice rooms.
Disliked: Nothing.

Light coming in from door not good. For the price I thought it would be better.

Disliked: Bed and pillows too soft.

Disliked: ...... Here is why.....The garage was not lit up well. Got off the elevator and was on the bottom floor outside. I had to drag my luggage in. It was raining. And probably about 50°.out .One of the front doors was locked. Another time I tried the revolving door and it two had been cleaned and was blocked off the rest of the night that is. The elevator smelt like garbage. And marijuana. The halls were stained. Everything looked dated. I did not go to the pool I did not recall seeing that information on a website page.I wanted a roomwith a hot tub in it and your hotel didn't have that. But you were close to the theater. I did not stay the night. I did not want to get in that bed. Because of all the dirty stuff I seen. The bathroom sink was clean. The toilet would not flush right. The cable.... you had to call and find out how to get it to show any channels. My window view was horrible unless you like dark dingy cement scary looking places. I would not recommend this place. Horrible horrible horrible.

Liked: Central location downtown was nice.
Disliked: The TV in our room didn’t work and the staff were rude about it when we called. We also had trouble accessing the building because our key cards kept being deactivated and they wouldn’t let us in because some non-guests were attempting to enter at the same time.
