Friendly staff; good breakfast; clean hotel.

The room was clean, plenty of towels, etc. The staff was friendly and fast checking us in. We did not encounter any problems at all. Location is great.

Liked: It was easy to find
Disliked: It was dirty, the lights had petrified dust caked on the the glass covers, and it smelled funky. I’ve never slept on a bed that was so uncomfortable in my life. I literally woke up in the middle of the night and could barely move because of how outdated this place was.

Liked: The breakfast was WONDERFUL! The staff were all so nice! We LOVED our stay here!
Disliked: The only thing we did not like was having to use the key card to get on the elevator.

Liked: The view from the eighth floor was great
Disliked: The parking was a little inconvenient. You had to park on the street to check in, then drive around the block to park in a gated garage (which was an extra cost). You had to lug your baggage through the garage and a maze of sidewalks back to the hotel. A bit of an adventure at night!
