I had a really nice...

Liked: breakfast was always fresh. coffee all day. room clean and comfortable and the hotel was clean. the employees were everywhere, and I love that because if u needed something there's was there to help.

Liked: The room was neat and clean. Staff was excellent and referred us to local restaurants. The hotel was in an excellent location. Nicely decorated for the holidays !

Liked: Check in and out was smooth going.breakfast was decent.staff was very pleasant to deal with.
Disliked: Had problem with toilet it was rectified right away.room faced the street and was noisy.

Nice hotel in a good...

Liked: Good location, nice large clean room.
Disliked: Shower old and dirty, toilet flush wasn’t working properly (kept flushing) and sink plug broke and wouldn’t come up once depressed.

Very good

Liked: The staff was great and being able to get up and have breakfast right there without having to go out to get it.
Disliked: Carpets are dirty, and furniture is dusty . In the bathroom, there's mold in the calking, and the flooring doesn't meet up to the wall .Only one of the elevators works, and the other has a fireman hat blinking. it just makes you feel a little nervous. But I do understand that you just had a hurricane 2 months ago, so we all need to give a little understanding for that.
