Exceeded our expectations.

Liked: My wife and I stayed there to be close to the hospital. We were there for a day of tests for a health issue. Ronda could not have been nicer and more helpful in making our check-in an easy and stress free experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet with a nice view. Breakfast was very very good and the selection was terrific. The entire staff we encountered was extremely pleasant and professional. Thanks to Ronda and the whole staff for making our stay such a great experience.

Liked: The check in staff (Eileen ) was very friendly as were all other staff members encountered. The room itself was clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast offered is typical but above average.
Disliked: At the risk of sounding like an entitled Karen these are the things I didn’t like about this property. Location: very busy street with sirens and what seemed like police chases literally all night long. Definitely choose a room that doesn’t face the main drag but regardless location is noisy.Cleanliness: 5th floor hallway carpets are grossly stained and look dirty.Room: comfortable and seemed clean but 5th floor water pressure is just average with that Florida skank smell. Obviously property can’t control this. Room rate: $575 for two nights is ridiculous despite spring break.

Disliked: Mattress slopes to the edge from people sitting on the edge of the bed, made it hard to get comfortable.
