Liked: Location
Disliked: The electrical outlets in the room don’t work. Only 2 usb plugs worked. In today’s times people have to charge phone and computers. That was very frustrating.

Liked: Easy in and easy out. Check-in and staff was great, room was clean. Took a minute to figure out where the fridge was hidden.
Disliked: Noise outside from road traffic. Loud trucks and cars on the street, nothing staff could do but I would attempt to sound proof the room more. On the 6th floor was still loud. Beds a little firm for my liking and pillows was to flat. Just hard on my neck. Probably should have brought my pillow and I would have been happier. Probably need to request a room not on the main road side if you like peace and quiet.

Disliked: The breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a Hampton Inn . The eggs were horrible , the bread , bagels and muffins were old and hard as a rock .
