Liked: Excellent customer service gave me a choice of floors The room was convenient to the elevator. Breakfast was really nice eggs and sausage the person in charge was very nice and brought me a to-go bag

Liked: The breakfast was exceptional. Food delicious, even the coffee was really good. Katrina was the BEST. Also LOVED THE POOL! Especially in the winter. I had a long drive (from Connecticut) so it was great to work out in the pool. My traveling companions enjoyed the fitness center. The room was beautiful and comfy. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean, smelled fresh and sweet. Everyone very remarkable friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Outside plowing, snow clearing of the parking area and even the entrance was NOT good. HAZARDOUS!!!!

The people and hotel were...

Disliked: There were no drapes in the room and the automatic mesh blind was 3/4 down and broken so it couldn’t be adjusted. The room looked out at McDonalds and the gas station - both of which were lit up like a Christmas tree. Therefore it was very difficult to sleep. We paid what we would have paid with blinds and I think the room should have been discounted since you couldn’t get it dark.

Liked: Perfect location to town and restaurant.
Disliked: Upon arrival to check in, I waited at least 5 minutes or more for someone to come to the desk. The employee didn't say hello or have a friendly disposition. I had chosen my own room but given a different room. When I questioned her, she stated it was the room. Then she told me my room I chose was dirty so they needed to switch it. Upon entering the room, the first thing I see is a used Q-tip on the bathroom floor. The faucet in the tub was leaking constant. There was a crack in the ceiling that looked like it was about to break. Large amount of dirt under the sink area. The vent above the sink had a large amount of peeling paint. The shower head was very filthy and brown. The remaining room was clean, beds uncomfortable. Breakfast was just okay, nothing too great. The employee at check out was very friendly and kind. Definitely need some upkeep on the place. The toilet is too close to the floor. I am unable to add a video from the dripping faucet or crack in the ceiling.
