Relaxing and awesome

Liked: Extremely clean and extremely well maintained it was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at it only thing was so cold was not working. The heater was out, but other than that, it was phenomenal.
Disliked: The pool was broke. I think it was the heater.

Great stay & the Borden...

Liked: Its was okay; As Hampton's go, the breakfast area was complete, but perhaps smaller than some others. Overall, good value and the staff was pleasant. It was oddly empty, as in had a wide open parking lot; not very booked. However, to be clear, this was great value overall, and we felt well treated and safe. The area was pleasant.
Disliked: It lacked diversity; while the people were friendly; it lacked the diversity to make you want to learn more about the neighborhood. Kind of cookie-cutter. While it was the morning breakfast hour, staff decided to use a plug to vacuum the area right outside the eating area. Seemed unnecessary, and could have waited the 1/2 hour till the small crowd was done.

Liked: Clean hotel and nice staff. Bathroom had enough towels and was clean.
Disliked: Room on interstate side of hotel, very loud. Pool pump broke same day we checked in.

Liked: Convenient location, spacious room, quiet room, decent breakfast.
Disliked: A few minor things with the room such as the electric blind control being across the room from the window.
