Liked: The desk workers were so friendly and very helpful. At one time, one of them most definitely went above and beyond to assist my husband and I during check-in. It was very clean, the rooms were wonderful. The breakfast choices are the breakfast eating area was quite impressive. The pool was clean and not too cold, the hot tub was on so wonderful. The snack nook was ridiculously overpriced but I never saw an alternate vending machine so I didn't have much choice but to pay $16 for 2x 20 oz. Sodas, a bottle of water, and a small apple juice. Our a/c stopped working in the middle of the night but it didn't get too incredibly hot so I didn't complain, the desk staff were busy and I did not want to add more stress at that time for them. I forgot to mention it at check out so it was my bad. The casino attached is also an obvious win. I will recommend this hotel for sure! And, I will most definitely return to this hotel

Disliked: We stayed there 2 nights and housekeeping never came to clean our room once

Liked: The location being connected to a casino is a plus
Disliked: The bathroom in my hotel room needs attention. The sink drained very slowly and the grab bar in the shower was loose

Everything else was acceptable. But...

Disliked: Even though there were no smoking signs everywhere the hallways of the hotel and our hotel room itself smelled like cigarettes.
