Convenient location, great breakfast, but...

Liked: Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was helpful and extremely kind. The location of the hotel to sporting facilities in Round Rock were great.
Disliked: Our comforters smelled like body odor, so we requested new ones and the new ones had blood stains and didn't smell pleasant either. Bathtub was a bit dirty as well.

Liked: The only thing I really liked about the property was the breakfast was very good for the adults and kids
Disliked: First off I was told that what I paid in full was everything that I needed to pay them once I got to property they told me I had to pay an additional $75 deposit for our room and I did we went up to our room and asked for more pillows, blankets, and an extra cot, they gave us the cot and not the extra pillows and blankets And one of my kids got a nosebleed in the bed and it took staff entire day to get the new blanket and new pillow when I had called back to see where it was, they said that they forgot and the housekeeping was gone so our bloody pillow and blanket sat in the hallway and we were still pillow less and also notice that no one seems to take care of the pool on the morning we were going to go in. We had found a dead baby bunny/chipmunk in the pool.
