Liked: Staff was helpful very clean rooms and hotel area and check-in and check-out was quick and painless

Staff seemed to forget everyone’s...

Liked: Shuttle & Bar available. The continental breakfast is always clean and tidy.
Disliked: The room we got this time seemed old and not very clean.

Not a cheap hotel, expected...

Liked: The mass produced eggs were actually pretty good. The hotel is located close to the Outdoor Show.
Disliked: TV remote did not work. Piece of Dorito's chip in plain sight on chair. Ice machine out of order. Water temp was either scalding hot or freezing cold.

Liked: the staff left a lot to be desired, only one towel per person, no tissues nor enough not enough hand towels and wash cloths. Requested room service and did not get any at all. the lady at the counter said it has been the way since renovation. could not tell there was and renovation and I do construction for a liveing, room 323 needs some work, cracked ties, no plates around pipes and sink took forever to drain. I have stayed at hampton quite often since i retired. but it will be a while before we do again. and we follow our grandkids all thru the USA for the rodeo. Let me know when the service is better and the Hampton Inn standards have returned, Thanks rick harvey 443-909-0711
