On edge

Liked: Traveling for a tournament and having to watch the front desk lady scream and yell at other guests was unbelievably wrong. Using profanity while being paid to operate the front desk is unacceptable. All meanwhile, young kids standing in the lobby scared. This made it uncomfortable for my family to even stay there .

Will not be my first...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Location was good.
Disliked: I stayed 5 nights on 3 day ask that bed sheet get changed. They did not change the bed sheets they just made the bed!ICE machine on 3 floor my floor was not working properly ice was always melted to the point that there was no sizeable chunks mostly water! Had to go down to first floor to get good ice. 3rd floor window view was the roof of the breakfast area. no good view of area landscape.
