Liked: The lobby smelled like a perfume factory. It was so strong that I got a headache within 15 minutes of waiting for breakfast.
Disliked: The bathroom was not clean and the unit did not work. Could not cool the room down.

Bad service

Disliked: Bad service; asked for towels and bath gel and never got it. Also, manager did not accommodate a request for accessible room with shower (not tub) despite the fact staff informed us that room was available. My 90 year old Mother could not shower in 3 days.
