We always stay at Hampton because they have such a good reputation. This particular Hampton is old and sad. The carpets

Liked: Check in went smoothly. Nice to have coffee available.
Disliked: The property is old and needs updating. So many areas are in disrepair. The worst part is the bath tubs are so slick that my handicapped husband couldnt even take a shower. The tubs are a definite safety hazard.

Liked: Location next to mall and easy access to freeway.
Disliked: Small tv, remote did work, phones didnt work, shower faucet malfunction, and sink drain didnt work.
