Liked: The staff was very friendly and the entire place was clean and quiet.

Did not meet our expectations...

Disliked: The location had a very bad smell. When we arrived our room smelled like dirty cleaning supplies. The pool water was green. We did not enjoy our stay.

Disliked: Breakfast items were cold. The room temperature never came above 65, even though it was set at 72 degrees.

Liked: Good customer service and nice lobby.
Disliked: Was sent to 2 different rooms 3 hours after my check in time and the rooms was trashed and not even ready.

Liked: The young lady didn’t hesitate to give me another room. The first one smell awful and bed and pillow cases were dirty.
Disliked: Cleanliness needs improvement. Pool water was green.

Miserable.

Liked: The gentleman working the breakfast in the morning was amazing but aside from that our experience was horrible to say the least.
Disliked: It was a mess, we were on separate floors when we requested the rooms be together and the staff at the front was horrible. It took almost 1 hour to get checked in because the reservation was all messed up and once we finally got into the rooms nothing worked. The fridge wouldn’t work, no soap in the bathroom, sink wouldn’t go down because it was clogged and the air conditioner/heater wouldn’t work. Let the staff know and they did nothing, it still wasn’t working when we got back. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights but we definitely will not be back as it was miserable.

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good- a lot of options. And the older gentleman who was working the breakfast area was kind and funny.
Disliked: The bathroom upon arrival was disgusting- toilet full of #2. And the tv didn’t work.

Liked: I liked the location. We were in town for a track meet and it was very close to where we had to be.
Disliked: The room wasn’t very clean. There was hair in the shower that didn’t belong to us. There was rotten food left in the fridge that had a horrible smell.
