Disappointing

Disliked: The blackish lady was the rudest person I have ever seen. The worst check-in experience I have ever had. She was abaser, surly, indifferent. I appreciate of the other white lady and gentelmen because of their debonairness.

Liked: COFFEE was good, large serving area was clean and neat the gravy n biscuits were good but cold. Comfortable sleep! Large room,
Disliked: The room door would not lock. inside or hallway and the inside safety lock was very loose.

Liked: The location is close to several restaurants and is off a main road. Very convenient for me, as I was travelling for children's sports and the arena was only 10 minutes away.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok, potatoes were cold, toaster was not functioning, which was a bit disappointing. We had an unfortunate event of a fire within the hotel during our stay that caused an evacuation at midnight, which is no fault of the hotel, just very inconvenient. Also, the laundry facility was not functioning and that is something I could have used to watch dirty soccer uniforms!

Mixed Review

Liked: The breakfast bar and fitness room were quite acceptable. Wish the 10 lb barbell wasn't missing and one of the treadmills was operable.
Disliked: The TV didn't work the first night, the fire alarm went off after midnight the 2nd night. Overall wasn't as restful as we would have liked.

Liked: Provided breakfast was one of the reasons I chose Hampton Inn. Breakfast was adequate but selection was slim.
Disliked: Really have nothing worth rating as dislike.
