Will definitely stay here again!!

Liked: It was clean and comfortable and the room was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: I liked everything!! The staff was great!!

Liked: Clean facilities,, comfortable bed, and breakfast choices were plenty. Location was great.Oh, and THE best water pressure I've ever had in a shower!

Comfortable hotel with a great...

Liked: Exceptionally clean room with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great too! Ideal location close to downtown area with many shops and restaurants.

Liked: It was hard trying to get the reservation online. We are members and we weren't able to get our military discount after several tries and the price going higher for the same room, I tried calling reservations and was very disappointed that the agent didn't try to resolve the issue. I finally booked with Booking.com and got the original price that I was first offered. I just stayed in Clermont Fla in June at the extended stay hotel there. I stayed there the previous year also. I wasn't offered a discount for either of those stays or the latest one. I did receive an email right after I had already booked with Booking.com for the original price I had tried to book at. I don't know how people who aren't familiar with computers would ever be able to book a reservation with Hilton.
Disliked: Read above. The Exeter location is near to our family. We have stayed there before. We were satisfied with the hotel.
