Almost no sleep due to...

Liked: The hotel is next to a fire station. The windows do not filter the sound at all. We heard sirens every 20 minutes….All night long.

Liked: The location was amazing, very convenient and close to all atractions

Liked: It has a great location, good access to the subway, and good restaurants and jazz and blues clubs in the neighbourhood> the river is just a few blocks from the hotel. Spacious room, nice bathroom.
Disliked: Typical American breakfast which, in my opinion, lacks fresh vegetables. Otherwise perfect place

Frustrated with how problems were...

Liked: The hotel was oversold, so we were put into a king-size bedroom, we were told they would in the morning switch us to the double queen I had reserved. In the morning, they let me know that they most likely would not be able to move us. (I was with my 2 daughters and my mother) My family, when i asked about the price difference they said my room was already an upgrade because my fridge area had a sink (wet bar). After that conversation, I found another hilton hotel 3 blocks away and checked out of the Hampton before noon. We were told they would still charge me for my second night. I honestly was so annoyed I didn't care. I will never be booking that hotel again, and my family and I come to Chicago multiple times a year.Also, they only had 1 working elevator even though they were sold out.The hotel we went to after we left Hampton had the "upgraded" wet bar with charging us more moneyAlthough the staff was kind, this was a very frustrating experience as we were trying this hotel for the first time because of the reviews online

Liked: The workers were hands down some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of interacting with. Customer service was out of this world!!! Breakfast was amazing, so many options!!!
Disliked: Location was bit noisy, could hear every bit of traffic and emergency vehicles
