Liked: The stuff was kind, yanis was reception guy very professional, location good
Disliked: Booked this hotel for the swimming pool as I brought my kid specially to enjoy a moment in it, called before booking to ask for swimming pool they said yes OK, once arrived there, booked and payed already, swimming pool closed. You should add this on your page

Other than having to ask...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: No one ever cleaned our room. We had to request clean linens. The bathroom floor was not the cleanest -- the corners were dirty.

Well located, clean, friendly and...

Liked: Very well located and convenient to access Chicago attractions, restaurants and museums. Nice Italian restaurant on site. Friendly staff. Breakfast included. Good sized rooms.
Disliked: Wifi is very weak in the rooms and drops regularly. Right next to the fire station so regular noise throughout the day and night. Pool and fitness room are small.
