Disliked: Was charged 75.00 for pet Back door to exit was broke reported it to front desk but was still broke when we left.Thankful there was nor a fire as this is a fire exit

Liked: During a 3 night stay, tea was unavailable for the first 2 mornings; hot water was even removed so even if I purchased my own, I couldn't make it. Only fresh fruit were apples. Regular black tea was never available.
Disliked: We evacuated from Florida because of Milton. Pet fees could have been waived (as during Irma at a different Alabama hotel). We extended our stay by one night & were charged $23 more for that night. Price gouging?
