Very good

Disliked: Asked if I could get late checkout as we had a wedding at 2 and checkout was 11. Told I couldn’t because I wasn’t a Hilton member and had booked through third party. Next time I’ll book direct. Wasn’t aware there were disadvantages of using third party to book.

Very disappointed I have stayed...

Liked: Breakfast was cold someone forgot to plug in the warming tray. Cold meat eggs sausage very disappointed
Disliked: Cleanliness the tub smelled of urine Very disgusting I made a complaint about it to desk clerk she said she would forward my complaint to manager and she apologized

Liked: Modern decor. Impression I had was that 1st floor had been recently remodeled -
Disliked: several minor issues with outlets, shower sliding door, draft under A/C unit
