Liked: The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, it was so course to the airport with a shuttle, and the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Very generic.

Liked: We liked the shuttle service from the airport (even though it took longer to come than we were told). The breakfast was excelled and they were kind to give us extra time at check out since we are disabled.My hubbie liked the cookie. We enjoyed the pretty fall trees on the property ... a little forshadowing of our visit to Mackinac Island - the purpose of our trip.
Disliked: It was nice that we only had to walk next door but we would have preferred dinner or room food service options inside our hotel.Breakfast would not provide a tray for me to bring breakfast to my husband and they would not bring it to him either, so I had to try to gather food & coffee in my own fabric bag, while dragging my own oxygen, and deliver it to him myself.

Liked: Rooms and facilities are always good and clean. Breakfast is delicious and hot with many varieties.
Disliked: Parking. If you go away to visit or events and return after 10 p.m., the parking is ridiculous. I doubt all those cars are for guests at the hotel. It's more like airline flight parking. Need more handicap spaces, all spaces in front of the hotel. Plus, more or brighter lights.
