Didn’t stay at the hotel.

Liked: I called in advance to ensure the hot tub was working and we were told YES we got there and were it was no longer working. The front desk staff was really rude. We asked for a refund and didn’t stay in the hotel.
Disliked: The front staff lied about a working hot tub which was the only reason we rented the room.

Disliked: The heater in the room was Terrible thermostat on the wall said eighty and I felt like Thirty could not keep the room warm

Disliked: Didn’t like the heating system we had to turn the heat way up to keep warm in the room

Liked: Check in was smooth and the desk clerk was friendly, efficient, and professional. We were able to socialize with family in the break room.
Disliked: A youth hockey tournament was going on in the area and the young kids were louder than I would have liked but not the fault of the hotel.

3rd Time Stayin Great as...

Liked: Easy Check In and Fast. Breakfast was great as always. Very quite and lots of parking. Affordable accommodation in a great area with lots of amentias.
Disliked: Property is starting to look tired and worn. Hot tub temperature was not that great at all. Toaster in breakfast area wasn't working.
