Absolutely clean hotel.

Liked: Absolutely clean. The bed was perfectly comfortable. The room was spacious. The shower had shampoo and body wash dispensers. The towels were rolled up as opposed to being draped over on a rack. Almost a small kitchenette as you walk in the door with a small fridge and microwave.
Disliked: The television was in the middle of the room instead of facing directly towards a couch or bed.

Liked: I was having surgery at the hospital and location was perfectStaff that prepared breakfast was clean and on top of her duties. She made a delicious green chili.
Disliked: Nothing. Great hotel.

Liked: Sparkling clean. Even my husband said "Wow!" when we entered the room. That is high praise from him as he travels a lot.Everyone was helpful and especially nice. Even the guests we didn't know, with whom we ate breakfast, were kind and pleasant.
Disliked: I needed to extend my stay by one night. By using the extend your stay feature (or change the dates), my price for 3 nights went from $400 for 2 nights to $750 for 3 nights. That extra night was $350!!!!!!So I booked that extra night separately for $200, the same rate as my already booked 2 nights. Too clunky!!!!

Liked: The bed was comfy and there were plenty of toiletries. The water was nice at check in. Check out was easy.
Disliked: There was a slight snafu with my debit card not having my name on it. My card # and photo ID matched the reservation. BUT I had to show them my bank account to prove it was pre-authorized on the card I used to reserve and check in. If I didn't do that, I wouldn't have gotten the room. When we checked in, someone's bar of soap was still in the shower. There was a very large group of young people and their parents at breakfast, so everything was limited or we had to wait quite a while at each section. Then seating was limited, as well.
