Overall, it was a great...

Liked: The property was very clean, and the staff were helpful, welcoming and kind! It was also within walking distance to our volleyball tournament at Frisco FieldhouseUSA.
Disliked: One elevator kept malfunctioning, which left the other with a long line at times. We end up taking the stairs. It was fine for us but others may have a problem standing and waiting or taking the stairs.

Beautiful property with excellent continental...

Liked: The continental breakfast was delicious and had great variety. I also loved the extended hours of 6-10 for breakfast. The double queen sweet was spacious and comfortable for 5 guests. I loved the walk in shower and shower head with options on speed. The staff was friendly and helpful! The property was clean.
Disliked: The toilet struggled to flush. Had to wait awhile if 2 people used toilet back to back. The sinks in bathroom also didn’t seem to get warm.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Check in person not helpful. Would not listen. I felt like I was being ripped off or someone was trying to get my card info. She told me that I had not paid even though I had ($109.50) and charged me again more than my original ($131+). After checking in and paying twice I looked up my Sept. 3rd payment and went back down to front desk to show I had paid. She never gave me a receipt so I had to ask what she had charged on my card. She said $109.50 + $20 for incidentals. She said the reservation was not put in correctly. Again no receipt but said she had refunded it to my card. She seemed unconcerned about it or your customers. I doubt that I will ever stay at a Hampton inn again.
