Liked: We love the breakfast and swimming pool. The water of the swimming pool is heated. The beds are comfortable and the room is big enough for our family.

Liked: From the Beginning the staff was extremely friendly. The first person I met was Don, and he told me if I needed anything to just let him know. Later on, I needed to print something and Gresham James saved me on that one. He had it printed out in seconds. The breakfasts were top notch. They had all kinds of food available. The rooms were very nice and clean and the bathroom was perfect as well. My daughter was able to take a morning swim and enjoyed the heated pool before we left each day to attend our family reunion. I thoroughly enjoyed everything and do plan to come back on my next visit to Dallas.
Disliked: Honestly, I cannot think of anything. My clothes got a little wrinkled in the suitcase and there was luckily an iron and ironing board. I couldn’t figure out how to shit the ironing board, but I just left it there. I guess the staff was able to get it closed… I hope.

Liked: It was exceptionally clean. Don the manager and staff are the friendliest staff as of yet for the many trips to Plano I have taken regularly.
