Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a decent selection. The hotel location is convenient to nearby freeways and within a short drive and/or walking distance to several restaurants.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Breakfast was basic buffet but staff kept food containers filled and were keeping area clean
Disliked: Not enough parking. I came in at 7pm and had to park on opposite side of building, which annoyed me as I had chosen a room by the other entrance to avoid having to carry luggage far.

Liked: The attention the staff gave me while checking in & checking out. The breakfast was amazing and maintained....even with 40+ people Hot, fresh and didn't run out of anything! Room was spacious and clean. Great job!

Great stay great experience!

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was better than most and had lots of options. The staff handling the breakfast was constantly monitoring and restocking any low quantities of the food. Check in and check out process was extremely quick and easy
Disliked: Didn’t like that the pool was closed but it was mid December in Cleveland and it was frozen . (That was a joke btw)
