Disliked: The room smelled a bit like mildew, assuming from the carpeted area

Good Hotel Great location

Liked: Some of the staff was amazing. Things I liked included free breakfast, free beach towels and of course the location is the best! The size of our room was also great!
Disliked: Things I didn't like included: breakfast was lukewarm some mornings, the $25 charge per day for parking, and the cleaning policy. Also, the women at the front desk made paying my bill so complicated. My friend and I wanted to pay separate payments upon arrival but we were told they don't charge until checkout. Then they kept preautorizing my card for the full payment plus deposit for my whole stay, holding up some of my spending money. They made it super complicated. Pay upfront at booking instead of waiting to get to property. It might be a hassle if more than one person is paying. The cleaning policy is every other day. I requested for the maid to come by every day to get our towels and trash, but requested for them to do the deep cleaning every other day. The maid did grab my towels and take my trash, but she never changed my sheets, cleaned my floors or wiped our surfaces. I would still stay here because of the location. It's the best place on Clearwater Beach, looking over clearwater pass. Just be mindful that there's a charge at every turn: parking, beach chairs, and none of your own drinks or food on beach so you have to purchase from the bar/restaurant
