Great value and comfort and...

Liked: Good breakfast with lots of choices. I really appreciated the fact that they served breakfast until 10:00 AM--most other hotels end breakfast service at 9:00. Super comfortable beds and excellent climate control. Large room size. We requested late checkout our last day, and they happily extended it (no charge). Spouse (who walks daily) appreciated the treadmill, especially with it being between 5 and 25 degrees for most of our stay. Convenience of restaurants and grocery store and AMC movie theater within walking distance. The locally owned Grade A Cafe (4-minute walk) had excellent breakfast/brunch/lunch food.
Disliked: As someone who has limited mobility (I use a cane), was disappointed that they weren't able to change our room to be closer to elevators, especially since we were staying for 3 nights. (Our room was almost at the very end of the very long hallway.) To be fair, I should have made that specific request when I booked the reservation, although I did reserve a "accessible" room. (IMHO, all hotels should keep in mind that not all who need "accessibility," are in wheelchairs, and those who are often have companions who are obliged to push them down those long hallways.) They were also running low on some commissary items...they had no bottled water for sale the evening we checked in, and they didn't have and/or offer any complimentary, so my husband had to walk 1/4 mile to the Jewel/Osco store.

huge room, quiet, breakfast hours...

Liked: Location was good. Lots of dining options near by. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but the nice thing was that it was later than most, lasting until 1000.
Disliked: Key cards did not work - took three times to get ones that did. Second front desk person we dealt with was not friendly. Checkout took too long but person at desk was kind and friendly.
