Liked: The service and room were good. The staff was friendly, and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and clean and not outdated.
Disliked: Hidden fee: We were not aware that there was a $100 per night hold for incidentals. That was not disclosed when we initially booked the room. Thankfully my boyfriend was with me and had a card to cover it all, but what if I traveled alone and didn't have enough money to cover it all, then what? I would've been stranded. Not good business at all. Breakfast: The quality of the breakfast was not good. I've stayed there numerous times in the past, and the breakfast was okay. But I can't say that anymore. The eggs were runny the egg toppings were not fresh. The waffles were good.
